Key Responsibilities – Retail Management & Sales Leadership

Sales & Turnover Growth

  • Drive store turnover to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Implement strategic sales planning initiatives
  • Manage the full sales process to maximise profitability
  • Deliver strong customer value management

Stock Control & Shrinkage Management

  • Manage stock losses and control shrinkage in line with company standards
  • Oversee stock accuracy and risk management within the store

Expense & Operational Management

  • Control store expenses and monitor profitability
  • Ensure compliance with retail policies and procedures
  • Optimise store operational processes

People Management & Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and develop retail staff
  • Manage employee relations and performance management
  • Drive team engagement and accountability
  • Direct and organise team activities to achieve store objectives

Customer Experience & Merchandising

  • Execute in-store merchandising strategies
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through service excellence
  • Maintain high visual merchandising standards

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
  • Minimum 3 years retail or administrative experience
  • Previous Retail Management experience (essential)
  • Strong sales and turnover management experience
  • Computer literate
